Stay away from this place, especially if you have insurance. My husband has insurance. His co-pay was ""suppose"" to be $25. When he got there, they charged him $104. He paid it and contacted the insurance company after his visit, thinking ""maybe I did have to pay that.' His insurance confirmed that he did have a $25 co-pay. he called Donelson Eye Care and tried to talk to the lady that handles the insurance. She said they offer a 20% discount on visits with his insurance. My husband argued that this wasn't true and he only had to pay $25. he got mad and hung up on the woman. Again, stay away.
