Waiting in a rope line with two other people to go to the POV for cocktails was amusing. Getting to the top floor and experiencing amateur service from a bar tender who was half asleep and a group of wait staff who had no skills whatsoever was not so much fun. Getting a bill for nearly a hundered dollars for two beers and four vodka tonics was just a rip off. This is not a well run establishment and hopefully once tourists tire of it someone will make it in to something worth visiting.
