i went to koi originally with my friend kinsey she got her neck pierced, the guy who did it was funny, the work he did was super clean, he made her feel comfortable and her piercings look great, she's never had a problem with them. I went back a month or so later and got my hood pierced, jen (the girl there) she made me feel comfortable, she was very calm and did a quick great job, i love my piercing and i will go back for every piercing i get from here on out. The ladies at the front were so helpful, i ve never had such great customer care. their studio has a great vibe, and the people there are unique and very cool. if you are going to get a piercing i wouldnt suggest anywhere else but koi!
