I went to the one on Westheimer, next to IHOP.
When I drove up, I particularity asked to have the interior cleaned because of a recent trip to Galveston it was a bit sandy and also there were some coffee marks left in the cup holder. Also, my seats are a magnet for hair so they were a bit furry.
Anyway, the guy talked me into some ""deal"" for close to $50 so I'm assuming my car would be sparkling, inside and out. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! I waited 2 hours for my car!!! Luckily, I brought some good reading material and assumed that the lengthiness was due to a remarkable job.
I get to my car and open the door. Guess what?! They didn't even touch it. Everything I mentioned above still there! They didn't even vacuum it! C'mon. They didn't wipe the inside or anything. When I asked them about it they started to fix each thing I had pointed out. Oh, and to mention, the outside wasn't great either. I was able to scrape dirt off with my fingernail.
What I want to know is what the hell did I pay $50 for and waste 2 hours? I ended up taking the car home and cleaning it myself!!! From now on I will take it to the gas station, pay $6 for a wash and 75 cents for the vacuum and do it myself! For $6.75 and 30 min of my time it comes out better than Bubbles, that's what I did in the past and that's what I will do from now on. Don't waste you time or money.
Cons: Expensive, long wait, poor quality
