I had a pool for 20 years and still run into problems and they are always willing to work with me. I had so many problems with my present filter, that I'm on a first name basis with all of them and I didn't even buy it from them! They have been absolutely the best. I have been in the store when people from out of town have come in just to ask a question, when they have had people with problems with green pools, broken filters and inadequate filters all asking questions at the same time and they have helped each and everyone. Politely and friendly.
Pros: Have been super patient with me. Prices are reasonable
