Cancelled my service with them numerous times but I still keep getting the bills which I kept paying thinking this is the last one. But alas the bills keep coming until I stopped paying them. Then they started calling on a daily basis. Not to see why I cancelled but to threaten me with lawyers because of non payment. I explained that I had cancelled. they said they want it in writing. I sent three seperate letters and an email. But apparently there is another form of writing that they want. I guess registered mail is the next step.
