Do not move here!! These are horrible apartments. The office staff will lie to get you in and then you have had it. The neighborhood is unsafe, navy jets fly overhead all hours of day and night (they will not tell you upfront), AUM water bill is a scam. Your water/sewer bill will be outrageous *my highest has almost been $180), the neighborhood is ghetto (section 8 surrounds you) and the drug dealers as well as the vagrants are all over the place. Definitely not safe if you have kids. Do not move here, you will regret it.
Do yourself a favor and Google "Colonial Village at Harbour Club" and review all the negative complaints. They are not lying.
