My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Berglind since the office opened, about 16 years ago. He is a genuinely caring and competent doctor, always takes time to explain and discuss any issue...which is to say, he does not normally rush you out the door. I also have found no issues with treatment from the other docs in the practice, when Dr. Berglind was not available. I don't recall an instance when a staff member was rude, and have always been worked in ASAP, as necessary. The practice has grown, and I'm sure that comes with more patients to handle and administrative headaches; that said, my husband and I have found Dr. Berglind and his staff to be much better--in many regards-- than other medical care providers in other areas of the country. I 'm willing to wait a while--even though it is rarely convenient to take time off from work--if it means good care from a physician that you truly like & trust.
Pros: Dr. Berglind; working you in if immediate care is needed
Cons: PA's need some bedside manner instruction.
