We are a new customer for Bryant Heating & Cooling and will call them back. We called on a Saturday morning with snow on the ground and no heat. A real live person answered the phone and sent the service tech out a couple of hours later. He was in our crawl space for an hour, came out soaking wet said that it was fixed. Broken wires, a breaker and we had heat! Thank you very much!
