I brought my watch in for repair and hadn't heard back after patiently waiting for 1-1/2 month. So I called in and turned out not only the watch is ready for pick up, but they don't even know how much more time would be necessary. The guy I talked to was extremely rude and I certainly was not treated like their valuable customer though I've dealt with them several times in the past. I understand they maybe dealing with uncertainty but the person could've handled our conversation in a much better/professional manner as I'm the customer here and not him!! He had an upper hand in our conversation and didn't even seem sorry for the lengthy wait without any communications whatsoever. I'd never deal with them again!!
Cons: Worst customer service!!!!!!!!!
