I was very disappointed in the fabrication installation of my granite and limestone! Stayed up all night crying that my husband took the next day off from work to go with me and address my complaint to them! We purchased over $8,500 dolllars in product from them and were very unhappy! My limestone that was chosen at their distributor and was not the one they installed. It had scrathces through it and I was told by them it was veins! Okay but it wasn't on the piece I had paid for! My granite island had a huge crack through it and they placed the section of the cracked counter towards the location were there would be a lot of leaning on it which would cause distress and break eventually! The cuts of this level 4 granite was not properly match up! They drilled 8"" holes for my bathroom faucet instead of 4"", so I had to buy new faucets! Their supervisor Jeff was not helpful with our complaint! You think they would have given us polish/sealer to clean our granite or something for the stress! Only good out of this is I really liked Margaret! But I guess since I didn't live in the Dominians were the more fortunate lived, I got the lesser treatment! I would love the owner of this business to come and see his employees work in my home!
