This company And its affiliates, Paradise Oaks and American Family Communities uses unfair and deceptive trade practices as part of their normal operation tactics. They will smile and lie to your face, then turn around and stab you in the back. I make weekly rent payments (IN ADVANCE OF RENT DUE) and they sit on my payment, till after the late fee date, THEN decide to apply the payment to my account in order to make me pay additional late fees and penalties. PLUS they will NOT provide me with evidence regarding my water and sewer rates which have TRIPLED since move in. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY~
