If you rent here and or buy here your in for a surprise friendly at first then Bam!! mgt and American family community are dishonest, corrupt ,and misleading. threatening,distrusting,they will not post your payments on time,and mail you letters and charge you fees for each letter,if you complain they give you the run around and or not return your calls and make up type of excuses then will not let you speak to anyone at a higher level above mgt and those above them.they are good about loosing and or misplacing payments, also good about making you pay for other people home repairs by raising rent the most expensive place to live lot rental has increased 3 times in 1to 1 1/2 year been there over 20 years and never had this much trouble with American family community. very bad business will not recommend anyone to move there. more

I have lived at Riverside for a year now, about 3 years ago I would not of thought to live here. When I was driving by I stopped to take a look at their homes because they had a now leasing sign I was totally surprised by the community.I immediately was greeted by managment and in less than a week I was in my home!! This community is great! It is out of the city limits so you really cannot hear any traffic, and the managment is really nice. I love that they helped me get my own home!!! Thanks guys!! more

This company And its affiliates, Paradise Oaks and American Family Communities uses unfair and deceptive trade practices as part of their normal operation tactics. They will smile and lie to your face, then turn around and stab you in the back. I make weekly rent payments (IN ADVANCE OF RENT DUE) and they sit on my payment, till after the late fee date, THEN decide to apply the payment to my account in order to make me pay additional late fees and penalties. PLUS they will NOT provide me with evidence regarding my water and sewer rates which have TRIPLED since move in. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY~ more
