Craftsmanship was good; however, customer service was terrible. We were quoted that the job would take two weeks, it ended up taking over five weeks. When we were promised we would receive phone calls regarding scheduling of the job, we always had to call to find out the date scheduled, the time, etc. It appeared that not all items needed were ordered at the same time, therefore the project took much longer to complete.
