Phoenix Car Rental/ A A Able Rentals/ Saban's Rental and what ever other names they go by.... SCAM Artists! DON't RENT from these people!!!!!! PLEASE! They will KEEP your deposits and charge you three times the quoted price! We rented a car and were handed the keys to a 1990's model piece of JUNK car that was NOT safe to drive. Transmission was slipping, burning oil, bald tires, shaking, holes in dash, broken seat belts, broken windsheild... and on and on! PETE would not return our money and we were faced to rent another car from ENTERPRISE! Ruined our vacation!
