I initially tried B & A because I could drop the car before my commute to NY. 4 years later, I have no reason to look elsewhere, and have used them for a 7 year old Mercedes, a commercial Ford work van, a Hyundai suv, and my wife's 2007 Infiniti.
I have dealt with Ben and Anthony both, and find them trustworthy, fair, flexible and honest. They provide the confidence you would expect from a dealer, with very fair pricing, and a willingness to accommodate emergencies and difficult schedules.
I have lived in many parts of the country and have had a variety of experiences with auto mechanics-- some authorized dealers, shade tree mechanics and independents. So, I have a good frame of reference, and don't think twice when I need routine service or an unexpected fix. They are my shop.
