I think it can be said that when things go wrong is when you see people's true character. I had been a client of the esthetician and a stylist there for about 4 years. A week before my wedding, I went in for a brow wax and lash tint. She got the lash tint in my eyes, which ultimately sent me to the emergency room with my eyes swollen nearly completely shut . When the irritation in my eyes didn't get better, I went to an eye specialist who said that I had chemical burns in my eyes. After some expensive drops, the severe redness and swelling receded and I was able to put my contact lenses in about 12 hours before my wedding. This was after a week of pain, anxiety and inconvenience.
