First off I have no specific problem with this company for actually towing cars, I agree they are just doing their job.
That being said, this is not a pleasant business to deal with. They accept cash and exact change only in a part of town where carrying $100+ dollars in cash is liable to get you mugged in a second. Their office also has no clear signage or directions on where to go to pickup your car - you just find your way around back of the place and knock on the door and hope someone is there. Picking up the car there was easily the shadiest thing I have ever had to do in Cincinnati.
