We just purchased a new car from Dick Hannah Volkswagen. I must admit, in addition to loving the new Jetta, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had purchasing a car. MaryAnne Randall was excellent in bringing over the car we wanted from another location, taking us through the paperwork and in particular in showing us how to use all the features of the new car and explaining the maintenance program.
