Whoever has had great experiences with the staff must of been one of the lucky few. Everytime I go there, I always seem to get stuck with one of the "I only work here" teenagers with laughable knowledge of the products in their department. Granted, I do a little internet research on the products I go into Best Buy to purchase. Unless it's one of the computer or audio guys, but really, come on! These "kids" really piss me off half the time since they have little patience with your questions, can't even answer most of them, and have this attitutde of "is this going to take long, there's someone I want to text message". It's like going back to highschool and begging for a little professionalism and customer service. I just called to ask a quick question about an alarm system and the phone just rang and rang. I called three times, tried different departments, hoping someone would just answer and transfer me to the right person. I finally just put the phone on speaker and let it sit more
