Whoever has had great experiences with the staff must of been one of the lucky few. Everytime I go there, I always seem to get stuck with one of the "I only work here" teenagers ...

My local Best Buy 6/19/2005

There isn't anything too extravagant about it but this is my best buy. You walk in and see a big (I mean wall sized ) screen on the back of the building, you know that this is a place for electronics. They have a section for everything electronic. The return area is fairly quick and definitely friendly. my only complaint is there are times that they are sticklers about checking your receipt which is a hassle. more

Best Buy 6/16/2005

I really want to commend Best Buy on hiring knowledgeable sales associates. I have gone in there on many occasions for assorted items. Recently, I went in and purchased a digi cam from them. I really had no idea what I wanted or what was on the market. The sales associate who helped me, answered all of my questions, and some I hadn't even thought to ask. lol I highly recommend this store. more
