I had jeans altered which required hemming and being taken in at the waist (1 seam at the back). The jeans looked good, but I thought the $28 I paid was a bit high. The same alteration in Chicago cost me $15.
Pros: Alterations done well, convenient location to Med Center
Cons: Prices were a bit high
