Arte is the only place I will cut my hair from now on. I have tried other places and they don't even come close. Disa is a miracle worker. She manages to cut my overly thick hair into a perfect bob every time! And she must be a mind reader because whether I want it shorter, with bangs, longer, growing out my bangs, it always comes out exactly as I wanted it to be. I moved to Boston but I come back to NY for my haircuts. Everyone who works there is amazing. Very down to earth and honest. Not your average phony ""oh your hair looks great"". Honest, nice, and friendly people. If you haven't tried Arte you MUST!
