They lost my first appointment to get my dog spayed. Made a second appointment, after seeing the doctor for an initial consultation. A day before the surgery, I called to confirm the appointment and they said they didn't have my dog scheduled for surgery. The receptionist was always short with her answers and never offered an apology. After spending $160 dollars for a consultation visit, I have realized that this Vet does not deserve to take care of my dog.
