If you've done your research and are a bit knowledgeable about what you want and why--Best Buy in TO is pretty good. I went in to buy a laptop a year ago--thinking of one in particular--explained the specs, needs, etc. to a salesperson and she was quite knowledgable. She directed me to a completely different brand--actually it was less expensive (they don't work on commission) and had better features. (Easy to not see/know this on your own when you're looking at electronics of any kind).Bottom line--my laptop is the greatest thing ever. I love it and with the money I saved I was able to get some special software installed and some of the prepackaged junk on it (they all have it) removed by the tech people. Great experience.Only negative: If you're buying something, do some research--not only brands, but also models (this is especially true for electronics--tvs, computers, etc). Best Buy seems to have lower-end models that are "on their way out"--making way for those with better feature
