I could just say ditto to all the other great reviews. But that would not ""cut"" it for saying how I really have no qualms about leaving our sweet poodle Nicholas there. Susan definitely is working in the place God wants her to be, as she shows genuine concern for both Nicholas, me (his sister), and my mom who is unable to bring Nicholas in any more due to poor health. Susan always asks about the whole family. She listens to find out exactly what we want for Nicholas. We always tell him how handsome he looks and smells when I bring home. My husband jokingly calls him Francois and Nicholas loves it-he knows he looks good!
