We were quoted a $30 rate for packaging and shipping a framed poster. When checkout time came, we were informed that the price was actually $165. The $30 figure was only for the packaging, and it cost an additional $135 to ship. This information was never given to us at the time of the transaction, and we never would have agreed to it. Neither of the clerks would admit to even the slightest wrongdoing or the tiniest amount of miscommunication. They refused to admit that they may have made a mistake, and accused us of lying and trying to ""get away"" with something. This went on for quite some time, during which they shouted at us, called us idiots, and accused us of being rude. You can't make this stuff up. Truly horrendous customer service.
