I have had one poor experience after the next with the Hobby Lobby framing department. Originally I had a beautiful work of art framed and when I got it back it was completely white and looked very cheap. I was very sad so I decided to go back and ask to have everything reframed and rematted and of course was willing to pay for having this done. After waiting for them to finish (they were ""running behind"" a few days) I received a phone call informing me that my artwork had been ripped. A word of advice- if you have something to be framed that is meaningful to you please go elsewhere.
