ORDER NEVER SHIPPED/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/I am not local to Baytown so I had to use the internet to find this place, I placed my order for Mother's day well in advance and received my confirmation... come Saturday before Mothers day, nothing arrives...I called the Beehive Monday Evening the phone was answer by a woman who said ""I AM IN THE BACK DESIGNING FOR PROM I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS RIGHT NOW, Call back tomorrow!"" (<-This was not in a nice tone)...don't have time for YOUR JOB? Maybe they just also didn?t have ""time"" for my delivery...When I called back today and spoke to the same woman she had no record of my order in their system, BUT DID have my name and billing information on file. (Please explain how they would have that if I had never made an order)...She got flustered and put another woman on the phone who proceeded to tell me that in all their ""craziness"" they must have started to put in the order, then set it aside and forgot...There was no apology, no offer to make the belated delivery, only a ""DONT WORRY WE DIDNT MAKE IT TO THE POINT WHERE WE CHARGED YOUR CARD...""
