At first I was really impressed with Southern Bride and the fact I found the dress I wanted there as well as their promise to get the dress to me with a 4 week rush fee, but I soon found out that if you aren't spending a huge amount of money with them then they could care less whether you get your dress on time. I had ordered a bridesmaid dress for $175 plus a rush fee of $35 which was suppose to get me the dress in 4 weeks. The dress didn't come in until 2.5 weeks after the promised time and since it was still 5 days before the wedding they insisted I pay the $35 plus alterations!! At the very least I shouldn't have to pay $35 for a dress that was 2.5 weeks late! Unbelievable!
Pros: I found the dress I was looking for
Cons: Horrible customer service, not focused on the customer
