Powderhouse Pet Resort has been our family's choice for pet care and grooming for the past 12 years. We have had our dog groomed by Shay and Donna since he was a puppy. They are absolutely wonderful and treat my dog as if he were their own. Their interest goes well beyond how clean and well groomed he is and are truly concerned about my dog's overall health and well being. \r

This past year we needed to board both our dog and cat for an extended period of time while our house was being overhauled. Our house projects ran into extended delays and the entire staff of Powderhouse were so kind to us as people, but even kinder to our animals. Our cat had never been boarded and was not a "social" cat. The woman who takes care of the cats and cat condos was so concerned that she took the time to socialize our cat so that she became a "kennel cat" and would feel as if she were home. Powderhouse cat condos are wonderful and our cat left very healthy and happy.\r
