this theatre was reccommended by a co-worker because it is not as crowded as other theatres in the area. I went to a 945 p.m. showing of ""last house on the left"" After the movie had played for 15 min. a large group of teenagers walked in. They were extremely loud - talking amongst themselves and then proceeded to yell loudly at the screen. There was a sexual assault scene to which i had to listen to them cheering on the ""perpretrator"" . they left shortly after. The people behind me were chatting, answering their telephone, dropping bottles and yelling profanity at the screen. I left the theatre to let the manager know, she offered to send in an usher. the usher arrived and he/she stood at the entrance and allowed the behavior to continue. The theatre manager did not apologize or offer a refund or tickets to see the movie at another time. it was , hands down, the worst experience i've had in a theatre and non of the eployees did anything to stop the behavior or compensate me.
Pros: clean and not crowded
Cons: POOR customer service.
