I am Robert cabral the owner of Ashaway. Granted ,We are far from perfect. I have a staff of over twenty. I wish that I could do all my business over 12 months instead of all in the last 3-4 months of the year. We would be in better position to be more effective with customer service. I would never intentionally screw over any customer. In Regards to the Greenwalts, they are very nice people. We try to Qoute as accurately as possible, it is impossible to be right on. Honestly more people are issued refunds for parts not used, than need to be billed. Mrs Greenwalt I have been trying to get to your house for over a year. Your bill could be wrong, You just will not let me look at the install again. I gave you a great discount and stand behind the product. I wish smoke'd would contact me at 5089935577, I would be very intrested in talking to you, I would like to find out more. (PART OF ME THINKS HE IS THE COMPETION ). As for COLD, It was a horrible year for getting stoves,Our main manufacturer HARMAN could not supply all the dealers adequatly. This effected more than just COLD, WE ended up giving more refunds than we should have. WE did not decieve COLD, we were just passing along info we got. Frank Haggerty,We did let you down with your pellets, I am sorry to let you down. ASHAWAY will replace any bad pellets you might have had gone bad. I left a messge on your machine today. We have been in Business for 16 yrs and strive to take care of them all. I want to thank all of the loyal customers who have stood by me thru all these years. there are many of you. It is you that have made us the Biggest dealer of stoves within 50 miles. It is you who desrves all the tropies in the back room. If anyone has a problem, please come to me before it gets this bad. I will usually try my best to work out any issues that you might have.
