I took my sheltie in for teeth cleaning and \r
she has been deaf since I picked her up. They\r
charged me $751.00 , the bill was padded with\r
charges like fecal exam, since when do you do\r
a fecal exam to clean a dogs teeth. Also, they \r
cleaned her ears and charged me without asking \r
me. The worst part is that she is now deaf and they have not once expressed any kind of caring that this has happened saying they didn?t want it to look like they did anything wrong. They have refused to refund my money for the same reason. BEWARE! They have certainly liked my money over the years but as soon as something horrible happened while under their care they have not been there for my sheltie at all. Shame on them.
