I purchased a full length leather coat (COMINT Apparel Group)on 02/21/09 at the Gallery location. I was at NO time advised that this was in fact a "second"or damaged item. I was never informed of the damage to the coat sleeve inside no that it had been haphazardly repaired. I should have had the option to purchase inferior quality or not purchase it. The ad did not imply this coat was less than first quality. This shows deception and dishonesty on the staff/owner's part. I would love to have the quality coat I was led to believe I was getting. Very unfair. Far from professional. Shame on you. Maybe this kind of sales tactic/technique is why you have to go out of business....
