I orderd a dozen roses for a good price too and was promised they would be delivered within 1 hour ( since destination was on the same street ). It wasnt. It was delivered about 2 hours later and the person who was to recieve the flowers was no longer there. \r

Once I called and made this known to Nick ( the owner?) he said "" Im sorry a can deliver them to another address"", I gave it to him and he said "" THATS TOO FAR! "" and hung up. I called back and asked did you hang up on me? Is that how you treat your customers? He replied "" YOU ARE NOT A CUTOMER YOU ONLY SPENT $39.99"" and hung up again.\r

Really?? last time I checked that would be considered a customer if I paid you for a service. More than anything I was so shocked by his rudeness and hanging up on me multiple times and even threatening to call the police... He couldnt even talk to me like an adult let alone a business owner.
Pros: cheap
Cons: Terribly rude and disrespectful
