The trainers, Phil and Diana, know their stuff and keep people motivated. Phil invented the machines and designed the workouts, and Diana works tirelessly to keep the place running smoothly.
It's a nice size on the top floor of an old factory and so has windows on four sides. It's new and clean and not crowded. A monthly membership is reasonable.
So don't join. I don't want anyone to join. It's my gym. All mine.
Pros: great trainers, sunny attractive environment, not crowded
Cons: Parking can be a challenge sometimes.
