Took my LCD to them, they gave me an estimate that pleased my purse. Told me parts could take up to 2 weeks and I said o.k., parts came in they fixed it , gave me a call and it now is back home in the family room where it belongs. I just wanted to say how happy I was, I was a little down because I thought new LCD should go longer than 14 months. I have since learned they do not do well with electric fluxes. So, unless you want your LCD to have a problem unplug it when not in use. If you forget you will soon be looking for a service center.
