My wife and I purchased a counter oven from Clayton. They were very late and did not make a proper electrical connection. I called several times to ask them to come back to finish the work correctly, and I was very patient and asked in a nice way. However, the person on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and uncooperative. I said that I couldn't believe that an employee would speak to a customer that way and asked to speak to the owner or manager. The person said that he was the owner, and it turned out that he really was. I was forced to call the manufacturer and they paid to have another installer to complete the work. I will NEVER buy from Clayton Appliances again. I do not recommend them to anyone.
