This company is very curt and rude. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for help. Uninformed, not helpful.

This place is a joke. They have no problem selling appliances, but once they are in your home, they treat you like dirt. The appliances keeping breaking and they won't replace anything. They just keep putting a bandaid on it until it breaks again. I have a warranty and they refuse to help me. They are rude and dishonest. more

Great Service Great Prices! 3/7/2011

My husband went in search of a new refridgerator - when he called me from Clayton Appliance and said he found the "one" and also the best price - I was very skeptical - how could they have better prices then HH Gregg, Lowe's etc - Boy was I wrong - it was a great price - great service and no pressure sales - I went over to look at it and they basically let us talk amongst ourselves - I will go back for any new appliance I amy need and I suggest you check it out too! Close to home and peeps who care - what more could you want? eopel more

Great JOB Guys! Neat little place tucked away in Fayetteville off 85. They suprised me with thier showroom. Great knowlege of the products too :) They were able to isntall a double oven for me (I had a single oven before) Cut the cabinets and everything! Looks great. Thanks for the fast service on my washer too. My mom and dad told me about this company and I was very pleased. more

Great Job Guys 2/27/2011

It was neat to find this place. Kinda tucked away in Fayetteville right off of GA Hwy 85. They installed my appliances and did a great job. They trimmed my cabinets and put me in a new double oven (I had a single oven before). Thanks :) more

Great price and service 2/14/2011

Went into my kitchen Friday morning to find my milk warm and water in the floor. Cleaned up and set off to find a repair company. Called two companies and they could come out in 3 days, not good. Called Clayton Appliance and they came out same day! As it turned out, my refrigerator was toast and I needed a new one fast. I was getting worried at this point, you never get a good price when you "have to have" something. Went into Clayton and picked out a new refrigerator and they delivered it late Friday night. I was very happy to have cold milk but worried I paid too much for the fridge. Well I was wrong. I checked around at other places and I got the best deal with Clayton.They even gave me some credit back on the service call toward the refrigerator. more

Fayette County doesn't need Greedy Clayton Appliance 12/22/2010

I needed a plastic washing machine pump. The price at Clayton Appliance was $67 plus $4.70 tax a total of $71.40. I bought the same pump elsewhere for $14.50 including tax and delivery. I'm all for buying locally and making a profit but I think Fayette County would be better off without the extremely GREEDY merchants like Clayton Appliance. If they went out, perhaps a merchant who would prodive us good value would move in. Who needs them?? Nobody!! more

Definitely CLAYTON APPLIANCE CUSTOMERS 8/20/2010

I was VERY pleased with this company. They were very personal and went out of their way to help me out. My wife said she has never been to a store that was more eager to help us and give us just what we wanted and needed! We had been to Best Buy and Home Depot looking first and that was a joke. Once we found someone to help us, they didnt know squat about appliances. Guess we will stick to lumber and tv's with them and STAY AT CLAYTON APPLIANCES FOR ALL OUR APPLIANCE NEEDS. more

low prices 4/13/2010

Shopped else where, and I was told different things. There sales people cleared things up, and gave me a lower price then any every one else. The installers should up on time and were very proffesional. The job looked better then I dreamed. I would highly recommend them. Pros: great costumer service Cons: hard to find more

A DEFINITE PLACE TO SHOP!! 3/23/2010

WOW!!! What an AWESOME place to shop for Appliances!! I have never been so impressed with the customer service that I have received at Clayton Appliance. They were all smiles and very willing to help me. They gave me a builder price on my home appliances, because I bought them all at once. Their prices are very competitive and they do great installation work!! They have it all... Parts, Service, and any appliance you can think of. They actually care more about the customer then just getting the job done. I will recommend this company to everyone. I think we should stand together to help the small businesses who actually care. more

they gave me wrong specs for the range hood I bought so I had to have my custom cabinets remade at additional cost. they denied their mistake, were rude, and totally unconcerned about the mistake they made. I bought a fireplace insert from them and they damaged it on install and I could not get them to fix or replace their damage. No concern for customers after the sale and dishonest more

Terrible Customer Service 1/18/2009

My wife and I purchased a counter oven from Clayton. They were very late and did not make a proper electrical connection. I called several times to ask them to come back to finish the work correctly, and I was very patient and asked in a nice way. However, the person on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and uncooperative. I said that I couldn't believe that an employee would speak to a customer that way and asked to speak to the owner or manager. The person said that he was the owner, and it turned out that he really was. I was forced to call the manufacturer and they paid to have another installer to complete the work. I will NEVER buy from Clayton Appliances again. I do not recommend them to anyone. more

A Very Nice Business 12/18/2008

Great Customer service with a smile. The only drawback is the prices are higher than most regular retail appliance dealers, but if it can be found, they will find it for you. If you are looking for a part or a damaged accessory for an already purchased appliance, this is the place to go. more

Great Products and Good Service 12/12/2005

Clayton Appliances has been in Fayette county for years. They always offer competitive pricing . Some of the brands they carry include: Kitchen Aid, Roper, Whirlpool, Amman, Jenn-Air and many more. The are open Monday through Friday and close early on Saturdays (closed on Sundays). They do a lot of business with home builders but are always ready to help the individual customer as well. My parents recently used them for a new Roper washer & dryer and are really pleased with the pricing, sales people and delivery. They give a "home town" feel to your buying. more
