Dr. Lord has been my doctor for over 10 years and I have never had a complaint . He takes care of me and knows my medical history. If I need an appointment I have never had a problem, and if doctor Lord is not in one of his associates will see me. The staff has been really helpful when I needed information or need a refill. When I call the phones may be busy for a minute or two and then they are there. My doctor is located in just the right place because if I need to go anywhere in Chattanooga, or Fort Oglethorpe it takes minutes.
