This chapel is very unprofessionally operated. Dennis was very rude and unfair. The wedding party ahead of us waited 20 minutes past their scheduled time for a grandmother to arrive. Dennis did not harrass them while waiting. We arrive an entire hr ahead of time and waited patiently only to get into our dressing rooms 10 minutes before our scheduled ceremony. I overheard Dennis fussing at the lady at the front desk, blaming her for allowing us to get into our dressing rooms late. He rushed me and tried to tell me that we had to begin immediately in order to stay on schedule. I reminded him that it wasn't my fault that we were behind schedule and he continued to argue with me through my dressing room door until my fiance walked up to him and finished the argument for me. The ceremony, itself, was beautiful and intimate. I wouldn't change one thing about it. However, the website is very misleading about this establishment. There is no on-site coordinator taking care of everything so that you can relax and enjoy the important event. Everything is rushed!!! There is no pre-planning!!! Nothing is on schedule!!! Dennis tried to ruin our day but we refused to let him. Our day turned out to be very special. I would NOT recommend this wedding chapel to anyone!!! I guess you get what you pay for.
