Although I was previously a loyal customer to Immortal Art, having gotten 2 tattoos and referred many friends, I will never go back again. The customer service I recently had was appalling. Mike and Travis were both completely disrespectful and unhelpful to what I wanted. Considering they are in the business of permanently altering one?s body, you would think they would try to make their customer happy and treat them with respect?instead they spent the whole time disrespecting me and acting like douche bags.
