The majority of the staff is rude and very unfriendly. The only one that was nice was Todd. However, as you continue in conversation you can tell he is a narcissist and sociopath...

My artist just moved to this shop and when I went to my appt yesterday, took a moment to find it. But when I did, it was a very nice place to walk into.\r The place was very clean, the music was like stepping back into HS ... which was great... loved the eclectic mix. Everyone seemed very nice and interested in what we, my artist and I, were doing. \r Thinking of getting another piercing... will go to these guys more

Great shop and great group of 3/19/2012

Great shop and great group of guys...everyone is friendly and helpful! I have several tattoos by El and have been happy with all of them. Recently I brought in several pictures and asked El to combine them...he did a great job with the design as well as coloring...very pleased. El also did a family crest for my brothers and sister as well as my dad. We decided to have this done during a family reunion and by the same artist...so I went first to make them all come to AZ. All of them look great! I do not go anywhere else. Thanks El! more

Todd at Immortal Art Tattoo is the BEST! 8/9/2011

All the guys working at Immortal Art are extremely talented! But Todd is my all-time personal favorite!! Todd not only has the amazing artistic talent needed to be a stellar tattoo artist, he also has the most pleasant attitude of anyone I?ve ever met (despite the bitter fake BS review below)! He takes the time to really understand what his clients wants are and then goes above and beyond to give them the finest tattoo. Todd does NOT have a heavy hand at all he is extremely gentle. Todd puts 110% into every single tattoo he does. He truly cares about making his clients happy no matter how big or small the tattoos may be. Not only will you get an incredible tattoo, you?ll also get to enjoy the entertainment of Todd?s hilarious commentary throughout the process. So when you?re looking for the best tattoo artist in town you only need to remember one name, Todd at Immortal Art Tattoo in Scottsdale!!! more

Great work by great guys! 8/7/2011

I have been getting tattoos at Immortal Art for almost 5 years now. I can hands down say that the current staff is the best that has worked there! I have been tattooed by El, Todd, Rocky and Dom, soon I will add Evan to the list. I can't say good enogh things about them. Morgan is a professional piercer and my girlfriend gets all piercings from him, I can't thank him enough!!! more

Go somewhere else 7/12/2011

The majority of the staff is rude and very unfriendly. The only one that was nice was Todd. However, as you continue in conversation you can tell he is a narcissist and sociopath. This was realized during the tattoo. He was very late taking me for my appointment and when he got to me he did not have my drawing and had to smoke several times before even beginning to draw it up. The piece is not as centered/straight as I think it should be. Some of the red already is disappearing and I take VERY good care of my work. My skull almost looks like Michael jackson with his horrible nose job. Rather than spending more money on tattoos, I am now spending money to get some of the face lasered so I can have someone fix it. I will not be returning to the shop. This shop is great if you dont know anything about great tattoos because you wont know the difference. more

ROCKY IS AWESOME, best shop around!! 6/18/2011

I went to Immortal Art, because my son went there to get a full sleeve tattoo from Rocky. I was so impressed with Rocky's artwork that I decided I wanted another tattoo (a big rib piece). I have had some trouble finding a good artist, and got some bad tattoos at some local tattoo shops around north phoenix. I have been going to San Diego to get tattooed for the last 5 years. Rocky was able to take my idea, and make it so much better. when I saw the drawing I was extremely impressed, and I have been getting tattooed for 20 years. It is the best tattoo on my body the color is so bright and crisp. It healed perfect. This is a real tattoo shop with a great atmosphere. Very professional, clean and sterile. it was the best tattoo experience I've ever had. So happy to be getting tattooed in Scottsdale again, and I will definitely be back for more. \r Thank you Rocky more

best shop around 6/17/2011

I Went to Rocky for my 5th tattoo, he did an amazing job, it looks so good, He is very patient, I know I gave him a hard time but I am very picky, and a tattoo is for life. He made me feel very comfortable and, the shop is very easy going and chill, everyone was very nice, which was not the case at the other shops i went into around town. very clean very fun. Go see Rocky if you want an awesome tattoo! more

Best shop in town!! 5/22/2011

This shop is awesome! I have gotten several piercings as well as tattoos here. I always leave happy and the guys there are great. This is one of the few reputable shops in the Arizona. If you are considering getting a tattoo or piercing don't go anywhere else because you will be disappointed. more

North Scottsdale's BEST Tattoo & Body Piercing Studio 5/19/2011

Immortal Art Tattoo & Body Piercing Studio is hands down one of the best shops in Arizona PERIOD! I have gotten work from other shops in the area and the quality was crap. Everyone at Immortal Art is experienced and very professional. The studio is always clean and the customer service is second to none. All the tattoo artists are amazing there and their piercer is the only one I will ever go to. If you are looking to get a tattoo or piercing go to the best, go to Immortal art you wont be disappointed. more

Very comfortable and clean environment with a group of extremely talented artists. I have always felt at ease with my artist, Dom and have only received amazing work from him, (and he's also pretty cute.) Also had my nose pierced by the owner/piercer of the shop Morgan, turned out beautiful and healed great. I would refer anyone to Immortal Art. more

I recently visited immortal art tattoo and received working by Todd. The shop atmosphere was welcoming and the employees where very helpful in assisting all my questions. I live about 50 miles from immortal but will be more then willing to make the drive for all my future tattoos. Thx immortal for not being jerks like all the other tattoo shops I inquired on. more

Amazing Experience!! 4/5/2010

I had went to Immortal about 2 years ago around the Tattoo Expo. I had been referred by a friend and wanted a traditional sparrow. I must say that my artist El was the best tattoo artist I have ever had. He was understandable about what I wanted, didn't make me feel like I was an idiot, and really took the time to draw out my sparrow. I love this place and will soon be back to get another fabulous tattoo!!!! more

Don't go anywhere else! 3/18/2010

I recently went to Immortal to cover-up a tattoo I got eight years ago. It's in an awkward spot and is reasonably large. I've gone to different shops and had artists look at it but no one had any solutions for me..until I went to El at Immortal. He immediately had a ""can-do"" attitude and put my worries at ease. We discussed a couple of options and when I went in for the first sitting, I was in love with what he drew for me! My old tattoo is long gone and my new piece is beautiful! I always get compliments on the intricate detail and use of color. It has turned out more amazing than I could have imagined. El took on a challenging task and made it seem effortless.. Whether it's your first or fifth tattoo, I definitely recommend you check out the talented professionals at Immortal! :) Pros: Talented artists, great atmosphere, very professional Cons: None! more

Immortal Art is the BEST 11/17/2009

Great place and I'm looking foward to going back. They were recommended by a friend who had gotten 14 of her 17 tattoos done there. My got hers first and it turned out great. I took some ideas into Ricky and he came up with a drawing that I thought was fantastic. It was only my first but the guys in the shop kept a light and easy atmosphere. Go to EL!!! 8/1/2009

I first went to Immortal Arts to see EL when my fellow coworkers suggested him. I had admired the work he did on them and so, I scheduled an appointment. I had 2 pieces I wanted to cover up, which then has led me to a full back piece by the tattoo artist, EL. Since I first stepped into the doors of the shop, I have always felt welcomed. Their shop is clean, they practice proper safety technique. Why I prefer EL is that he is able to tell when a sitting has gone too long. He is able to read my body responses and knows exactly when I need a break (since I tend to bombard him with 2 to 4 hr sittings). His specialty is Japanese and Old School/Traditional work, so if you are seeking such pieces, I highly suggest you see EL. Besides, he is cute and single! Every single time I've been to Immortal Art it's been a great experience. Very clean, welcoming, professional, everyone's friendly and helpful!! I got tattooed by Jeff and was impressed with how it turned out and how comfortable the process was. He made my original idea look better than I had hoped for..great colors and precision. Morgan the piercer is amazing at what he does and is the only one I trust with anything piercing related. I've never had any problems. I'm going to continue going to Immortal Art and recommend the shop to anyone and everyone..no complaints!! :) Pros: Yes Cons: No more

Best Shop In Town!!!! 7/16/2009

I REALLY liked my experience at this shop! I have been tattooed by El, Todd and Jeff was quite impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness! The atmosphere is always welcoming and the artists were all helpful when it came to making my design ideas a reality! I recently visited the shop and was pierced by Morgan. WOW! I am SUPER impressed.
