I lived here a while back so I'm not sure how they are now. But lets see i lived there about 4 years ago and it was nice. We had a great view of the creek and had wonderful neighbors. We had to move only because my mom got layed off her job. Great city of collierville with wonderful schools. It was peaceful. I would recommend it.
Pros: Fireplaces, Garages available, nice pool, tennis and volleyball courts, weight room. Car wash, gated community.
Cons: I cant think of any actually.
