I first saw Dr. Desai. He seemed nice enough. Prescribed the same pain medication that I was already on. I really did not want that. I wanted help. I did not receive that. What I got was a ration of stuff. Many times playing phone tag but waiting by the phone and never getting called back. A very nasty Medical assistant named Cathy was insistant that my urine showed Morphine. I offered to come in and take the test again insisting that I had never done morphine. I had however had surgery about 72 hours prior to the urine test. I tried to explain this to her. She was not listening to me. I did do some things wrong. But in my defense, I also tried numerous times to get in touch with Rachel the P.A. Never did. I guess she does not return phone calls. I took a urine test at my G.P. It tested for everything. The only thing that showed up was the medication that I was on. It was a horrible experience. I would not rec. this office to my worst enemy.
