I booked this hotel because I saw online that they have new, remodeled rooms that looked very nice. However, when I got there, it didn't look nice at all, almost like staying at some cheap hotel. They didnt do a great job remodeling. I bought a package which included discounts for shows, specifically Cirque di Soleil. When I got to the hotel, I tried to reserve the show and was told that all the cheaper tickets were sold out. I explained that I only booked this deal to get discounts so I can save money, not spend more on tickets. They told me that I should have booked in advance. How could I have done that when I didn't have the discounts until I checked in???\r

Also, at some point in the trip our key card stopped working at 2AM. We called and asked for security to open our door. When security came, he was so rude and demanded we show our ids. We told him that they're in the room. So, he made us go downstairs at 2 AM!!! \r
