I went to Big Bowl a couple weeks ago with my girlfriend for lunch. We were seated promptly but it took the waitress about 10 minutes just to get our menus. We both ordered the stir fry and picked out our vege's and meat. After a short wait we received our food and it wasnt even close to what we ordered. The vege's we picked were correct, but the meat and sauces were different. We informed the server immediately and she said she would fix it and then left with our plates. Now this raised an obvious question. Since we picked out our own vege's, does this mean we have to start over? After about five minutes, they brought our plates back with what appeared to be the correct order. Basically they dumped our meals onto new plates and picked out the wrong meat and added the correct sauce. It was absolutely horrible. We were offered no discounts or apologies for their blatant error. The price for two people for lunch without beverages was $31.33. I emailed Big Bowl via their website and was contacted immediately by the manager. I told her what happened but she stated that because I did not keep my receipt that there was nothing she could do for me. My only praise for Big Bowl is their wide selection of vegetables. Other than that, everything else is terrible.
