Do not use them! They charged us for the wrong amount (didn't total up correctly), and then just went ahead and charged us more (the correct amount) without sending us a new invoice. Then the guy started yelling at us on the phone as if our complaints were the craziest thing he's ever heard! I will never be doing business with them again and will tell everyone I know not to deal with them.
Pros: None - they left soot all over our living room floor.
Cons: They will charge you the ""correct"" amount without even sending you an new invoice and then yell at you if you question them.
