Aside from the beautiful view and atmosphere, Soundings should work on making their food more flavorful. I ordered a grilled tandoori tofu wrap and was extremely disappointed. I come from an East Indian background and ""tandoori"" means spices and mouthwatering flavor to grilled meats and tofu in Indian cuisine. I was excited to see the that there was something tandoori in the dish. However, to my surprise, it was horribly bland and I couldn't take more than one bite. I could only taste the yogurt. I looked around to see other people who ordered the same thing and saw their faces cringe when they had the bite as well.
